LOS ANGELES, May 01, 2007 AMF Software has announced a number of new developments that represent a change in direction for the firm, a leading creator and distributor of business and productivity software.
Under new management since November 27, 2006, when it was purchased by Diangy Systems, LLC, AMF has undergone a renovation that includes a new website, new services, new product, and a new philosophy.
"Our commitment is to provide state-of-the-art software that is relevant for businesspeople," said Justo Diaz, CEO of Diangy Systems. "The software we develop and sell will have all the features our customers need while keeping the interface elegant and user-friendly."
Diaz explained that, after seeing a marketplace crowded with programs that were feature-rich but complicated, AMF seemed an ideal avenue through which to address the issue.
AMF has a tradition of selling software to be used for business and productivity, an area of concentration the new management intends to retain as a focus. For example, two new products released on the Diangy watch are CD Label Maker 4.0 and Business Card Designer 1.0. Label Maker is a Word-based application that AMF has upgraded to a stand-alone application. Both signify a new technological direction, and are garnering high marks from users. "This is representative of our new direction, running the user gamut from novices to professionals," Diaz said.
AMF is poised to make an impact with customers in terms of service as well as product. Launching April 30, the new AMF website promises to deliver revamped services from sales & marketing tools to customer support.
